Pure Designs for Living currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. We will add American Express shortly and are looking to add others in the future. We do not accept personal checks. Money orders or certified cashier's checks are okay. However, orders will not ship until all money orders and certified cashier's checks have cleared through the bank. This may take up to two additional business days so please consider that as part of your order timeframe.

returns
All items ordered from us can be returned for refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All returns must include a copy of our invoice or order form. Returned items must be in the condition you received them.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. (Exception: defective or mis-shipped merchandise will be replaced or fully refunded.)

cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of the order being placed. If order cancellation request occurs after twelve (12) hours or after the order has been shipped, the order will be cancelled and funds will be returned when all products are returned in sellable condition to:
